Returning a Product
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, simply send a WhatsApp message to +91 7016580709, and our team will assist you.
- Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for the pickup within 2-4 working days.
In-store Exchanges Not Permitted
- Orders purchased on our website cannot be exchanged in-store.
Refunds
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Account Transfer. For prepaid orders, refunds will return to the original payment method.
- The refund process typically takes 5-7 working days after the product passes our Quality Control (QC) checks.
Return Guidelines
Please ensure that:
- Items returned are unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products that have been tampered with or altered will not be accepted.
- Returns are accepted at the discretion of House of Harakh, and any product differing from the original order may not qualify for return or refund.
Returning Items with Free Gifts
- If a free gift was included with your order, it must also be returned in its original condition if you wish to return the main item.
Non-returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, sleepwear and innerwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Self-Shipping Option
- If your area is not serviceable, you may self-ship the items to our corporate office. Contact us on WhatsApp for the address details.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery. After a successful quality check, we’ll place a new order as per your specifications. Note that returns are not available on exchanged items.
Manufacturing Defects
- For products with manufacturing defects, customers may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery, pending quality verification by our team.
